Unfortunately, Essaylab.org.com does not offer discounts to its clients. Or at least they don’t say anything about this on the website. We wanted to ask the agents about this kind of offers, but guess what? They were offline! Honestly, the prices are really high and students would have used some cut offs. Not everybody has so much money to spend on a single paper.
On the other side, the company offers several free features: outline, title page, plagiarism report, e-mail delivery, and revisions. The value of these services is not stated, so we don’t know how much will a customer save.
Customer support
The customer support center is not available 24/7/365. Agents are only working from 9 am in the morning to 9 pm at night, so 12 hours/day. But these are USA hours, so the rest of the students are not taken into consideration. First they brag about their worldwide team and then, they neglect to serve users from other countries.
